Blue Star’s 3-dimensional block type form is superior in strength to flat-panel systems because of its uninterrupted EPS cross-member design which distributes the extreme forces of wet concrete evenly throughout the wall panel portion of the form.

Blue Star has gone to great lengths to accomplish these specifications. We use the finest expanded polystyrene materials available and call for density levels of 2.2 lbs pcf assuring that density levels never fall below our minimum 2 lb. density requirement.
